Investor Visas

The United States has entered into treaties with many foreign countries regarding private trade or investment in business enterprises in America. These treaties generally allow for private or foreign investment if the appropriate investor visas are obtained.

• E-1 Investor Visas. I handle all paperwork, hearings and other legal matters for individuals who seek an E-1 visa to conduct trade between the United States and their home country.

If you are a foreign national who has made an investment in a business in the United States, you may qualify for a green card if the investment leads to the creation or maintenance of a certain number of jobs. If your investment qualifies you for a green card, you may seek permanent resident status for yourself, your spouse, and any unmarried children.
